How long is the order processing time?

For LOVFLAUNT house brand plus size label and jane iredale products, we will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our delivery service partners, Sing Post.

Please note that all delivery time unless stated, is effective only after your order has been dispatched to our delivery service partner.

Lastly, please note that if you purchase more than 1 item, your items may come in different parcels.

Why should i choose Registered Mail?

Registered Mail will not only insure your package but also allow you to track your own packages. A single charge of $3.50 for every registered package.

[Sing Post] Registered mails will be delivered directly to your doorsteps. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, Sing Post will leave a notification slip either in your letterbox or slotted under your door. You may then proceed to the Post Office stated on the slip to collect your package. Alternatively, you may reschedule another delivery with Sing Post.

How do I know which items is shipped from overseas?

Apart from LOVFLAUNT house brand of plus size apparels and jane iredale - skin care makeup, all items are shipped from overseas. 

How long can I receive my items shipped from overseas?

All items shipped from overseas have a delivery time of 2-4 weeks and are entitled to free mailing with parcel tracking to compensate the lengthened delivery time. 

Do i need an account to purchase?

Yes, you need to register for an account to kickstart your first purchase with us. This facilitates subsequent purchases, earn points and helps you track order status.

Can I exchange an item bought with discount code/promo.

You can only exchange for another size of the same item. In the event, if the requested exchange size is not available, no exchange will be done further. 

Do you have a Retail Store?

No. Our temporary store located at JCube is officially closed.

Can I Self Collect my Order?

No.

I don't have a PayPal account

A PayPal account is NOT required to proceed with the payment. Simply proceed with PayPal at the "Payment Method" page and you will be directed to the PayPal payment gateway. Scroll down and select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" and you will be allowed to key in your debit/credit card details.

Do you accept bank transfer?

Yes! You may select "Bank Deposit" as Payment Method. After the order is completed, please make payment to

Kindly indicate order number at the remark section upon transferring or drop us an email at sales@lovflaunt.sg after payment is completed. Please note that orders will be canceled if payment is not received within 3 days from order date.

I have not received my item.

All registered orders come with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be sent to your email/SMS. You may visit http://www.singpost.com to track your parcel. 

Please be advised Lovflaunt will not be liable for any lost parcels or any damaged items should you opt for normal postage. Registered postage is highly advised.

My order has not reached me more than a month.

Products apart from LOVFLAUNT apparels and Jane Iredale mineral makeup, are shipped from overseas. Due to volume, please expect a delay in the order. We apologize for any inconvenience causes. 

I don't like the product received, can I get a refund?

What it means by "This item ships from overseas"?

This product is shipped directly from our overseas supplier. Tracking is available. These items are non-refundable nor exchangeable. Please read our exchange/return policy here.

I have missing item/s in my order.

Your order may be sent separately. Hence, do check your email inbox for any notification from us. In the event that you do not receive any notification from us, kindly contact us sales@lovflaunt.sg and we will reply to you as soon as possible. 

I have received a defected / incorrect item.

If you believe you have received a defective / incorrect item, drop us an email at sales@lovflaunt.sg with your order number, and a photograph of the defect/incorrect item. Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective / incorrect. Please note that items mailed back to us must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued.

Can i exchange if the clothes do not fit?

An exchange is only allowed for LOVFLAUNT house brand plus size apparels. You are allowed to make a one-time exchange of sizes. Please read our exchange/return policy here.

How do I go about doing an exchange / return?

  1. Fill in the returns form included in your package with:
          a) return reason and refund option or
          b) exchange request
  2. Pack the item and the completed returns form in its original packing material
  3. Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach us within 15 days from the date you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Do you re-stock your products?

On occasion, we will re-stock some of our products. 

I just placed an order, but I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! What should I do?

We process our orders very quickly. Sometimes, an order will be packaged minutes after it has been placed. If you gave us an incorrect shipping address it’s very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the incorrect shipping address and the shipping address that you would like it changed to. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address before the package leaves our hands, but we’ll try our best.

I just placed an order, but I accidentally purchase the wrong item/size/colour! What should I do?

We process our orders very quickly. Sometimes, an order will be packaged minutes after it has been placed. If you make a mistake in your order, it’s very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the incorrect item/size/colour and the item/size/colour that you would like it changed to. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the items before the package leaves our hands, but we’ll try our best.
