Exchange / Return Policy
We accept exchange / returns for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with its tags intact, and in its original packaging.
*Excludes: orders made with promotional codes and promotion, sales items, items shipped from overseas, accessories & makeup.
You can either return for:
- A refund for a Gift Voucher
- Exchange your item for different size
- Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent
How to return?
- Fill in the returns form included in your package with:
a) return reason and refund option or
b) exchange request
- Pack the item in its original packing material and insert the completed returns form and invoice.
- Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach us within 15 days from the date you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Are there any fees applicable?
You are responsible for postage costs of returned items.
If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for exchange/return as set out above, we reserve the right to reject the exchange/return and any request for a refund. The item will then be mailed back to you via SingPost Standard Mail.
A small handling fee will be charged by Lovflaunt to process the return request. A handling fee of $2 would apply for the first returned item, and an additional fee of $1 would apply for every subsequent returned item.
For example, if you were to return 3 items, the total handling fee applicable would be $2+$1+$1=$4.
If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to you (after offsetting the applicable handling fee) as soon as possible. The refund will be made in the mode of a Gift Voucher, generally within 2-5 working days from the day which we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund request has been processed.
You can only request for an exchange of size once. No handling fee will be charged to process the exchange request.
If we can accept your return, and the requested size for exchange is still available, we will mail out the item, generally within 2-5 working days from the day which we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once the exchange request has been processed.
In the event if the requested size for exchange is no longer in-stock, you may opt to exchange for another item of the equal/higher value.

If you believe you have received the wrong item, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items mailed back to us must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND DEFECTS
We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colors are true to life, as much as possible. We do not warrant that product description or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Minor variations in measurement are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate.
If you believe you have received a defective item, drop us an email at email@example.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defect. Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective. Please note that items mailed back to us must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued.
